What instigated the Pace Mobile Concept?
A BRIEF OUTLINE ON THE PRINCIPAL PLAYER - LUCY PACE
Over 27 years Lucy has steadily prospered in real estate, wherein, for the last 17 years, she has serviced the needs of satisfied clients who sought her guidance in a Mobile capacity, in assisting them with all aspects of preparing and selling their property/s.
Further substantiation of Lucy’s accomplishments can be evidenced in the repeated business that was accommodated without a: traditional shop front window, or any other publicity in the broader sense of the word.
In responding to this market demand the “PACE MOBILE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS CONCEPT” was effortlessly and naturally BIRTHED.
Within 2 years of Lucy operating in a mobile capacity she realized that the demand for her real estate services was growing and that her business concept was being sought after even outside of her workable district.
It became apparent that an innovative response was needed to accommodate the demands of property owners who were seeking to be shielded from repeatedly encountered setbacks. Subsequently, Lucy initiated her mobile concept to incorporate a “Vendors Guardian’s (or advocacy) service”.
The mobile model has provided vendor’s, not only with optimum service by a fully experienced and trusting agent, but with SUBSTANTIAL SAVINGS because of the lower overheads of the business.
Today, the Pace mobile business is training up and accrediting Regional managers and support team in various designations throughout the metropolitan area, and for those areas we have not yet accredited members, we provide our invaluable Vendor’s guardian’ shielding service.
